Mark Kroll, Ph.D., joins Medisyn's Board of Directors

Andcor Companies, Inc., the venture catalyst for Minnesota's most promising emerging companies, and Medisyn Technologies, Inc., a drug development company, are pleased to announce Mark Kroll, Ph.D., widely recognized as one of the world's leading inventors of implantable medical devices, has joined the Medisyn board of directors.

We are indebted to Andcor for identifying Dr. Kroll and advocating Dr. Kroll join our board.

Medisyn's Forward Engineering proprietary technology platform significantly increases the accuracy and speed with which new compounds are discovered. The company currently deploys Forward Engineering in both natural, non-prescription therapeutic and traditional pharmaceutical markets.
