Ty Anderson

8/18/08 – Andcor places General Manager, Annual Renewable Fiber, for Cargill's Emerging Business Accelerator

As the Managing Principal of Andcor, Ty directs and manages client accounts and is responsible for leading professional search, candidate assessment and project management. In addition he is intimately involved in the day-to-day business operations and the financial management of Andcor's equity portfolio.

Ty worked for Andcor as an associate account manager from 1997-2000 and rejoined the company in 2003. Prior to 2003, he gained valuable experience working at Milestone Growth Fund, Inc., a Minnesota-based venture capital firm focused on providing equity-type financing to minority businesses. Previously he worked in the communications and product marketing groups at Stellent, Inc., a global provider of enterprise content management solutions.

Ty earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and is the son of Andcor's founder, Dennis D. Anderson.
