Sara Evans

Sara is an Adjunct Advisor to Andcor and the catalyst behind Andcor’s Bridge Team. With more than 15 years human resources experience with companies at all stages and sizes, Sara brings a results oriented approach to Human Resources consulting.

Sara’s consulting practice, Sara Evans Consulting LLC, is focused on high growth/emerging companies and includes experience with several venture capital-backed organizations.

Sara works with business leaders to develop their human resources strategy and operational functions. Often, these organizations do not understand how to develop such a strategy or establish these functions for their high growth, start up company, and cannot afford an executive full time. Sara’s strength is working within these frameworks to create pragmatic solutions that solve real problems rather than simply pushing HR theory.

Sara’s current and prior executive management experience includes executive management of human resources at Bloom Health, RedBrick Health, Spanlink Communications, Calabrio Software, Pizza Luce, and Definity Health. Prior experience includes HR generalist/recruiter roles at Cargill and Select Comfort.

Sara holds a B.A. in Business Management/Human Resources. During her downtime, Sara enjoys running, boating with family and yoga.
