Andcor completes PrairieStone Pharmacy COO search, Craig H. Stephens named to position

Wayzata, MN, June 23, 2006 - Andcor Companies, Inc. is pleased to announce that Craig Stephens has joined PrairieStone Pharmacy, the nation's most innovative retail pharmacy chain, as chief operating officer. Stephens was most recently vice president of industry relations and networks at UnitedHealth Group where he was responsible for the company's strategic implementation of the AARP Medicare Part D program.

Stephens has more than 21 years of healthcare industry experience both in the U.S. and Europe, including tenures with UnitedHealth Group, GlaxoSmithKline, SmithKline Beecham, and Diversified Pharmaceutical Services. He received his MBA from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minn., and his BS in Pharmacy from South Dakota State University in Brookings, S.D. Stephens is a licensed Pharmacist in three states.
