Humanetics Corporation names Todd Johnson to new post of Chief Financial Officer

Humanetics Corporation, a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the rapid discovery, development and commercialization of proprietary drug candidates, and Andcor Companies, Inc., are please to announce the appointment of Todd Johnson to the new position of chief financial officer of Humanetics.
Johnson, who joined Humanetics on January 26, brings with him two decades of front-line financial management experience with a wide range of dynamic publicly held or broadly capitalized companies. His expertise includes both private and public equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and administrative responsibilities spanning finance, accounting, human resources and legal.
At Humanetics, Johnson will initially have responsibility for finance, accounting, and legal matters. Prior to joining Humanetics, Johnson was vice president and CFO for Integrated Decisions and Systems, Inc. (IDeaS), the leading provider of revenue optimization solutions for the hospitality industry. Earlier, Johnson spent eight years as CFO at Raymedica, Inc., the Minneapolis based manufacturer of a spinal implant pain management device. While at Raymedica, Johnson led five separate equity financings, including a complete recapitalization of the company. Johnson also spent more than a decade in the venture capital industry as a general partner and CFO at Pathfinder Venture Capital Funds in Minneapolis.
