Andcor shares in both the risk and reward of growing companies. Our focus is to extend beyond transaction agreements and develop long-term client relationships, or partnerships. We put our money where our mouth is, so to speak, by offering to invest on average 50% of our fees in our clients.

Our services-for-equity approach enables Andcor to truly partner with our clients and guides every decision we make, ensuring we are fully aligned with our clients’ long-term goals. All of our clients know Andcor has a vested interest in the success of their companies and allows the conservation of cash to grow their businesses.

As shareholders, upon request and at no additional charge, we will help develop financing strategies and introduce clients to Andcor’s contacts within the investment community, including private investors, venture capital, private equity, and/or investment bankers.
