There is no individual consultant ownership of a client, project, or candidate relationship. All information is universally shared and accessible without bias.

In addition to partnering with clients through our services-for-equity business model, we go one step further and offer non-monetary retainer agreements, capped fees, staged milestone driven payment plans, and the use of exclusivity lists for pre-identified candidates.
