Dylan

Dylan is the four-legged companion of Andcor and joined the team in 2000. Dylan, a standard poodle, is actively involved in greeting visitors, giving affection, and the initial assessment and screening of candidates. Dylan is an invaluable filter and complements Andcor's quantitative assessment and competency tools.

In between communications with squirrels and basking in the sunlight, Dylan is active in promoting a positive attitude, encouraging teamwork, and alerting the team when mail has arrived. Throughout his years of team leadership experience, Dylan has learned to encourage a game of fetch when the days are stressful and demands petting when fingers are sore from typing.
