Chuck worked with Andcor for 5 years originally beginning in 1993 and rejoined in 2007 after a 10 year absence.

Today Chuck acts as a contract recruiter while commuting between Colorado and Minnesota, balancing professional search services with managing his youngest's alpine skiing career (recently named to the US Ski Team), and running the Legacy Foundation, a 501(c)3 dedicated to raise money to support year-round potential U.S. Ski Team athletes for national and international competition through athlete training, development, competition and educational needs.

Chuck has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Dartmouth College and brings over 20 years of experience in both start-up and established organizations across a variety of industries.

Over the past 10 years, Chuck has worked in technology sales with Techies.com, in technology consulting with Cornerstone Consulting, and as the Founder and President of Originalsnowboardart.com, a web-based art brokerage business that has been featured on the NBC Today Show. Chuck started his professional career in the Napa Valley where he worked in marketing and finance with an early stage startup winery/vineyard development company which grew from zero to being sold for $140M in three and a half years. From the wine business Chuck moved directly into the beer business by building and operating a large, regionally acclaimed Micro-brewery and restaurant which he sold in 1993 to move his family back to Minneapolis.
