Andcor Companies Inc., a Twin Cities-based venture catalyst, announced today its alliance with Keith Thorndyke and Frank Vargas. The alliance will expand and bring depth to Andcor's equity for services model.

Keith Thorndyke brings over 28 years of experience with growth companies, public companies and turnarounds to Andcor. His strategic leadership and business acumen have generated over $100 million in shareholder value in small to medium sized businesses. The fact that Keith has served as CEO or COO in six companies and interim CEO or COO in another six companies during the past 19 years is a testament to his versatility. Keith has an engineering degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Keith is also a certified Six Sigma champion.

Also joining Andcor joining as a strategic alliance partner is Frank Vargas. Frank brings years of experience in the twin cities. Frank graduated with an BA with honors from Harvard University and a JD/MBA from the University of California at Berkley. He is a member of the California and Minnesota Bar associations.

Both Thorndyke and Vargas have worked with Andcor on a number of levels during the past 24 months. Their addition will expand Andcor's leadership and provide clients with additional support and advisory services.
