Liz Sjaastad is a Director of Andcor and is actively involved in all aspects of the company's business including client management, business development, and professional search activities.

Liz offers Andcor's clients over 20 years experience in human resource and organization development in a variety of industries including high tech / internet, creative, professional services, manufacturing and non-profit.

Liz re-joined Andcor in 2008. She had previously held the position of account manager for Andcor from 1994-1998. During her first tenure with Andcor, Liz helped dozens of Minnesota growth companies overcome their human capital challenges and reach their growth goals through executive and professional search and human resources consulting.

Liz left Andcor to work as human resource director for a client, SPS Commerce and then as director of organization development for a start-up internet communications company based in Dallas. Liz spent two years as an independent consultant providing organization development services to the leadership of small and mid-sized organizations.

Prior to joining Andcor in 1994, Liz received a graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Loyola University in Chicago. She worked with the Chicago Tribune in Training and Development and with Grant Thornton as a human resource generalist.

Liz currently serves as the board chair for the board of directors of Touchstone Mental Health.
