Andcor recruits VP for Haemonetics Corporation

Wayzata, MN – August 2, 2010

Andcor Companies Inc., the professional search firm for emerging growth companies, is pleased to announce it placed Shanthi Ramakrishnan as Vice President of Product Development and Commercialization for Haemonetics Corporation (NYSE:HAE), the global leader in blood processing technology.

Shanthi was most recently Program Manager at Medtronic, the world’s leading medical technology company, where she was responsible for the management of multi-million dollar product commercialization projects. Prior to Medtronic Shanthi held various roles of increasing responsibility at Lucent Technologies (AT&T Bell Laboratories).

Shanthi received her M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California and her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Madras.
