Dennis, known to many as the godfather of executive headhunters in Minneapolis and a key contributor to emerging companies in the state of Minnesota, lead Andcor to become nationally recognized for its commitment to client satisfaction through its nontraditional approaches.
Dennis founded Andcor in 1969 as a general employment agency. Over time, Andcor would transform the traditional paradigm of the recruiting industry by replacing less credible headhunting techniques with a highly respected equity-for-services model. He was a leader in the advancement of strategic human resources and an active angel investor.
Under Dennis' guidance, Andcor became a change agent in the industry, driving themselves and their competitors to higher levels of performance and service.

Friends and family will remember Dennis' zest for life and competitive spirit. He loved to regale his daily push-up and sit-up totals to anyone who would listen. Dennis and his late wife Suzy traveled a great deal, and he continued to travel the world until very recently. He was also an avid skier and boater.
And last but not least, Dennis would want everyone to know he had been named "Best Groomed" and "Athlete of the Year" from various groups and associations.
In May 2008 Dennis D. Anderson, Andcor's founder and visionary, passed away due to complications from a rare disease known as Amyloidosis.
